If you decide to go ahead with a costume we take a non refundable deposit to secure your place.


                     THE PROCESS

  • After receiving deposit we will book you in for a consultation (unless not in the UK in which case this will be done by email / face time.
  • After consultation you will receive graphics based on your ideas and what was discussed in the consultation, at which point you can make any changes to the design.
  • Once the embroidery process has started we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made, although we will endeavor to be as helpful as possible. 
  • A week before collection, or at the collection we will take the remainder of the payment.
  • If the costume is being collected in person, that is when the fitting will take place, and any alterations needed can be done at that point.
  • If the dress is being sent without a fitting, you have three weeks to discuss and get the dress back to us for any alterations needed, after that time there will be a charge depending on requirements.
